1. Introduction
This App Privacy Notice explains how FurtherJoy Limited ("FurtherJoy", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the FurtherJoy mobile application, any paired FurtherJoy devices connected through the app, and related account, subscription, and AI-enabled functionality (collectively, the "App Services").
This notice applies to the App Services, not to the FurtherJoy marketing website alone. If a specific feature, subscription, child profile, device workflow, or regional service requires additional disclosures, we may provide a supplemental notice.
2. Child-Related Use and Parent or Guardian Role
FurtherJoy products and App Services may be used in child-oriented contexts. We therefore design this notice with child privacy requirements in mind.
Where required by applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must create, authorize, or supervise a child's use of the App Services before we process the child's personal information.
For users in the United States, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") may apply where we operate a child-directed service or knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13.
For users in the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions with digital-consent age rules, child consent may require authorization from the holder of parental responsibility under applicable law, including Article 8 GDPR where relevant.
We may take reasonable steps to obtain or verify parent or guardian authorization where required, taking into account available technology and the nature of the processing.

- consent, where required
- parent or guardian authorization, where required for child users

We do not treat the App Services as a standalone general-purpose SaaS offering detached from physical products. Account, subscription, and platform features are intended to support paired FurtherJoy devices and their associated app experience.
6. AI and Third-Party Model Providers
Some AI functions rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers. Current or future upstream providers may include Runware and other providers we may add over time.
To enable AI functionality, we may transmit relevant Inputs, associated instructions, and necessary metadata to those providers or other processors acting on our behalf.
We aim to use contractual and operational controls that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and the nature of the feature. However, the use of third-party AI providers means certain content may be processed outside your local jurisdiction.

- review personal information associated with their child's account or profile
- request correction of inaccurate information

Where appropriate, we will take reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical steps to protect transferred personal information.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
